Events

What does, tasting, touching, smelling, hearing and seeing all have in common?  Answer is FOOD. These five senses play an important role in our every day life, why not use food to experience them all, after all everyone needs to eat. 

Classes will be held at our restaurant, in the heart of Corso Italia.  All that is required of you is to roll up your sleeves and let us demonstrate our cooking techniques, guiding you step by step along the way for a truly authentic, traditional, innovative Italian cuisine.  Don't forget, it wouldn't be a cooking class without sampling a glass of Chianti or a Ripasso or for those wine aficionados'..... an Amarone. 

We can discuss and tailor a program which suites your individual needs, whether it be for a corporate team building function, a social event or perhaps even a private cooking class for those wanting one on one, the occasions and possibilities are endless. 

At the end, everyone gets to enjoy the "fruits" of their labours and leaves well fed, and with a lot of food for thought.

Classes are priced at $75 per person and also by the event and special menus. A deposit is required upon booking and cancellation must be 24 hours prior.
